1. Not a Medical Device
Our smart watches and fitness bands measure heart rate, blood-oxygen (SpO2), sleep, stress, steps and similar parameters using optical and motion sensors. These readings are for general wellness and fitness information only. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease and may vary with skin tone, fit, movement, temperature and ambient light. Do not rely on them for medical decisions. Consult a qualified doctor for any health concern.
2. Product Performance
Battery life, charging time, water resistance, range and accuracy figures are typical, vary with usage and settings and are based on internal testing. Features such as calling, notifications and GPS depend on the paired smartphone, operating system, app version, network and, for the Kids watch, an active SIM and data plan. App and firmware updates may change or add features. Third-party apps and services are provided by their owners.
3. Water & Safety
IP67/IP68/ATM ratings do not mean the watch is waterproof under all conditions. Avoid hot showers, saunas, soaps, perfumes and high-pressure water. Do not charge a wet watch. Stop use if the watch overheats, swells or irritates the skin. Keep small parts away from young children.
