Warranty Policy

Effective date: 7 October 2026 · Applies to sandeshasales.in and all orders placed with Sandesha Sales Corporation.

1. What is Covered

Every new smart watch sold by Sandesha Sales Corporation carries a 12-month limited warranty from the date of invoice against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use, covering the watch body, display, internal electronics and battery performance defects. Charging cables and straps carry a 3-month warranty against manufacturing defects.

2. Remedy

At our option and after inspection, we will repair the Product, replace it with the same or an equivalent model, or refund the price paid if neither is feasible. Replacement units carry the balance of the original warranty period, or 30 days, whichever is longer.

3. What is Not Covered

  • Physical damage — cracks, dents, scratches, bent or broken parts;
  • Liquid damage beyond the product's stated water-resistance rating, or use in hot water, steam, saunas, soaps or chemicals;
  • Unauthorised opening, repair or modification; tampered or removed warranty seals / IMEI / serial labels;
  • Damage from non-original chargers, adaptors or power surges;
  • Normal wear and tear, battery capacity reduction due to ageing, and cosmetic wear to straps;
  • Software issues caused by third-party apps or incorrect settings;
  • Loss, theft, fire, natural calamity or misuse;
  • Products without a valid invoice.

Water-resistance ratings (IP67 / IP68 / ATM) are tested under laboratory conditions and may decrease over time.

4. How to Claim

  1. Submit the Return / Replacement Request form or WhatsApp +91 75885 52904 with: invoice / Order ID, product name and colour, a description of the problem, and a short video showing it.
  2. We try to resolve simple issues remotely (restart, reset, firmware, charging checks).
  3. If needed, we arrange pick-up or ask you to courier the watch with the invoice to our Nashik address.
  4. Repair or replacement is typically completed within 7–15 working days of receiving the unit.

5. Shipping for Warranty

We bear the courier cost both ways for valid warranty claims in the first 7 days. After that, customer sends the product at their cost and we return it at ours. Claims found to be outside warranty may be repaired at a chargeable basis with your approval.

6. Statutory Rights

This warranty is in addition to, and does not affect, your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and other applicable law.
