1. Coverage
We ship across India to all serviceable pin codes through reputed courier partners. We currently do not ship outside India. Serviceability and COD availability are verified when we confirm your order.

3. Dispatch & Delivery Time

These are estimates. Delays may occur due to weather, festivals, strikes, regional restrictions or courier issues. Orders are processed Monday to Saturday; Sundays and public holidays are not working days.
4. Tracking
Once dispatched we share the courier name and tracking number on WhatsApp / SMS / email. You can also request a status update on our Track Order page.
5. Cash on Delivery
COD is available for most pin codes and for orders up to a limit we confirm at the time of order. We may call you to verify a COD order before dispatch; unverified orders may be cancelled. Please keep the exact amount ready. Repeated refusal of COD parcels may lead to COD being disabled for your number.
6. Receiving Your Parcel
- Check that the outer carton is sealed and undamaged before accepting. If it looks tampered with, refuse the delivery and inform us immediately.
- We strongly recommend recording an unboxing video (from the sealed parcel to the product) — it speeds up any damage or missing-item claim.
- Report transit damage or shortage within 7 days (see Return Policy).
7. Failed Delivery & Address Errors
Couriers usually attempt delivery up to three times. If the parcel returns to us because of an incorrect address, unreachable phone number or refusal, we will contact you to re-ship (re-shipping charges may apply) or cancel and refund the order value less shipping and COD fees.
8. Title & Risk
Risk of loss passes to you on delivery to the address you provided. Ownership passes to you on full payment.
