How do I order?
Tap Order on WhatsApp on any watch (or call us). Share your name, delivery address and pin code; we confirm availability and payment details, then dispatch with a GST invoice.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Cash on Delivery (most pin codes, +₹40 handling fee) and UPI / NEFT / IMPS after order confirmation. We never ask for card details, OTP or UPI PIN.
Will I get a GST invoice?
Yes. Every order ships with a GST invoice. If you need it in your business name, share your GSTIN when ordering.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, before dispatch for a full refund. After dispatch you can refuse delivery or use our 30-day return policy.
Shipping
How long does delivery take?
Dispatch happens in 1–2 working days. Delivery typically takes 2–4 days within Maharashtra and 3–6 days across most of India. Remote areas can take up to 10 days.
Is shipping free?
Shipping is free on orders of ₹1,999 and above; otherwise a flat ₹79 applies.
How do I track my order?
We send the courier and tracking number on WhatsApp / SMS once dispatched. You can also use the Track Order page.
Returns & Warranty
What is your return policy?
Report damaged, defective or wrong items within 7 days for free replacement / refund. Change-of-mind returns of unused, sealed products are accepted within 30 days. See the full Return Policy.
How does the warranty work?
Every watch has a 12-month limited warranty against manufacturing defects. Share your invoice and a short video of the issue and we'll arrange repair or replacement.
When will I get my refund?
Within 7 working days of approving your return, to your original payment source or bank / UPI account.
Products
Do the watches work with iPhone and Android?
Yes — all models work with Android 5.0+ and iOS 10+ (check the product page for exact requirements) through the companion app.
Are the health readings medically accurate?
No. Heart rate, SpO2, sleep and stress readings are for wellness and fitness insight only and are not medical measurements. Consult a doctor for health concerns.
Can I swim with the watch?
Only models rated 5 ATM or higher are suitable for swimming (Titan Rugged and Ultra Pro). IP67 / IP68 models resist splashes and sweat but should not be worn in the shower or pool.
Does the Kids watch need a SIM?
Yes. Calling and live location need an active 4G SIM with data. We don't supply the SIM.
Direct Selling
Is there a joining fee or minimum purchase?
No. Registration is free and there is no mandatory starter kit or minimum purchase.
How do distributors earn?
From retail profit on products they sell and performance bonuses on genuine product sales, as described in the Compensation Plan shared at registration. Income is not guaranteed.
Is this a pyramid scheme?
No. Rewards are linked to sale of real products to customers, not to recruiting. We follow the Consumer Protection (Direct Selling) Rules, 2021 and prohibit pyramid or money-circulation schemes.
What if I want to quit?
You can cancel within 30 days for a refund, and afterwards we buy back unsold, unused, resaleable stock under our buy-back policy.
